¬†The best way to show people “What is CrossFit” is with a taster session. ¬†Come down for Free Monday to Thursday at 7pm or Fridays at 6pm and we’ll take you through a workout, show you the place and answer any questions you might have.
¬†When beginning at CrossFit Witham, members will start with an induction to bring them up to speed on everything they need to know about CrossFit, its methodology and its workouts and is included with their first months membership. ¬†If you are coming from another CrossFit gym or think that you won’t need an induction then contact one of our coaches to arrange getting started.
 All of our memberships are on a monthly basis so you only need to stay as long as you are enjoying it and getting results.  Choose from unlimited access to workouts and open gym for £55 or 2 workouts a week for £45.
 Providing you have completed an induction people you are welcome to drop in for workouts on a one off basis for £8 a session.  If you are visiting and already a member of another CrossFit gym then you only pay £5.  Alternatively you can come to any session and buy a CrossFit Witham T-Shirt and get the session for free.

 Want to take your training further then you can join our Podium membership program whereby you can bolt on individual advanced programming and interval training for a small month fee.
We are also able to offer special discounts for students, emergency services and armed forces to name but a few. ¬†If you think you qualify then contact us for confirmation and we’ll send you a discount code. ¬†In a Team or University Society??? If you are in a team or would like to come down with a group or work colleagues then contact us to discuss bespoke memberships packages.

Barbell Club

Sessions focused solely on barbell movements, olympic lifting and getting strong!  Drop ins welcome.

Intervals

Early morning cardio sessions to target that stubborn body fat.  Run, Row, Skip in every combination you can imagine.

Regular masterclasses focusing on weightlifting, gymnastics or mobility
