High intensity, group workouts… Our bread and butter! Open Gym
Come and train standalone, catch up on a missed workout or just practice technique.  Also available when WODs are on.

follow Barbell Club
Session focused solely on barbell movements, olympic lifting and getting strong!  Drop ins welcome.

Mobility and Yoga session every Saturday morning at 8.00am.  Free for all members.

Free Tasters
Tasters are welcome to come and join in a workout for free and with no need to book Monday to Thursday at 7pm or Fridays at 6pm.  Alternatively contact us to arrange a time to suit you.

One to one inductions usually held weekdays at 8pm. Group inductions announced on Facebook as they come up.  Contact us to get yours aranged.

High intensity cardio focused around improving fitness and aiding weightloss.
